I love this pool company. They are always on time. We have never had a pool company that we could rely on for the past 12 years until Gorilla Pools. They answer their phones, they always keep the water in our pool sparkling and they always show up.

Our pool was in serious need of repair with multiple cracks and wear and tear over the years. Got 3 quotes and Cory’s was the only one that fit our budget. The remodel was completed on time and the pool now looks amazing! Kathy and Cory were great to work with and kept us to up to date with everything. Would highly recommend!

A+. We bought, installed, and now service our pool heater through Gorilla. The pricing was fair, their communication is always excellent (and friendly), and they're quick + dependable. Not too much more you can ask for.

Cory came out to confirm leaking pipes near my pool pump and filter. He had Kai replace the old leaking pipes and painted them to look new at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

BEST OF THE BEST! I called two other pool repair places in Scottsdale to fix my pool motor electrical issue...one charged $150 just to come out! They could not figure out how to fix it....to top it off, the owner Jerry is so unprofessional and rude! Marlin Sucks! I called another pool repair place, they came out for $200...they did find out the issue...repair was $3,100. I called Gorilla...Kory came out at NO CHARGE!...He was very professional...I didn't tell him this the issue...he figured it out...the repair was $2,100 for the exact same ‘apples to apples’ equipment...$1,000 savings! Ky came out repaired it immediately and everything was working great again! He was great as well! Kathy in the office is very timely, super nice and helpful and communicative. Their customer service is a 10! Total 5+ star Service!! (FYI: I own the #1 business in my Industry, built on the same principles and we have nearly 10,000 5-Star Reviews...so I know great service when I see it!) Don't call anyone else...call Gorilla! They ROCK!

I had a wonderful experience! My pool had multiple small leaks. No one could figure it out but Cory took the time to trouble shoot until all the problems were located and repaired! All the technicians were great as well as their office staff.Highly suggest you give Gorilla Pools a call!

Kathy and Cory were amazing, completed our pebbletec replacement on fast track to accommodate sale of house. Provided detailed input on process, answered all questions posed by buyers. Finished product is amazing and satisfies all buyers very detailed concerns.
